Taste the fresh ginger flavours pouring from this syrup as you add it to your warm pancakes, porridge, ice cream or yoghurt. Works well as part of a salad dressing with carrots. This well balanced, natural ginger syrup compliments a range of tastes. Peruvian ginger is 3 times as strong than regular ginger. By reusing the discarded ginger skin back into my ginger infused water, this gives this syrup a nice earthy and pleasant taste. Add 1-2 tablespoons, depending on desired strength, to any sparkling liquid or a warm drink.
Celtic Mule Recipe
| 50ml whiskey | 10ml lime juice |
| 10ml ginger syrup | 100ml ginger beer |
| wedge of lime |
Mix all together in a chilled tumbler and pour into your favourite tall glass with ice and garnish with wedge of lime and a sprig of mint.
Please hold onto bottle when you are finished and reuse it in various ways. Great for taking a shake on the go. Having a picnic but don’t want to take the full bottle of wine. Lovely for a vase of small flowers
