Earl Grey & Ginger Ganache Dark Chocolate Bar
The warm flavours of bergamot and ginger have always been a complimentary marriage. Combining Earl Grey tea and Peruvian ginger in a smooth dark chocolate ganache and filling my chocolate bar moulds, this is a delicate and warm flavour combination.
A treat for yourself or a moment to share with family over a warm beverage or end of meal treat. I like to take these out when I am meeting friends and want to add an intense combo with my coffee.
