The Ginger Dark Chocolate has a lovely balance of flavours with the 75% Peruvian dark chocolate that harnesses the spiciness of the Peruvian crystallised ginger beautifully. The chocolate is a 75% dark chocolate from Criollo cocoa beans sourced in the Amazonas area of Northern Peru. The chocolate has red berry notes and compliments the spicy notes of the crystallised ginger. *dairy free and vegan friendly
The warm flavours of the bergamot from the earl grey tea and ginger have always been a complimentary marriage. Combining Earl Grey tea and Peruvian ginger in a smooth dark chocolate ganache and filling my chocolate bar moulds, this is a delicate and warm flavour combination. A treat for yourself or a moment to share with family over a warm beverage or end of meal treat. I like to take these out when I am meeting friends and want to add an intense combo with my coffee. *not vegan or dairy free
