Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice berries, Cardamon and Nutmeg blend for Christmas drinks and bakes. It just warms me right up, as I look out at a snowy Kerry, brr.

A blend of warming spices to use as you please. Just some ideas, added whole to make some chai, for that mulled wine when needed, a few pieces to make a spicy hot chocolate. Also, grounded down to add to your bakes – muffins, biscuits, brownies or a lovely sponge or your morning porridge. Sprinkle into your egg mix for French toast. Make a batch of Speculoos, don’t forget the ginger. Make a Spiced Carrot cake. Sprinkle into some berries to go with your pancakes. Of course, not forgetting your gingerbread men. Also, works great as a marinade for your ham or meats over Christmas.
